She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sessa and Lillian Sessa (Thibeault); her husband Donald L. Murphy; her daughters, Bonnie Murphy and Julie Murphy; her granddaughter Taylor Renee Bird; and her brother Robert Sessa.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Murphy (Karen) of Dover, Timothy Murphy of New Philadelphia and Mary Bird (Richard) of Dover; her granddaughters, Amanda Murphy, Alesha Murphy, Maggie Murphy, Kayla Murphy and Megan Murphy; her great grandchildren, Valicia, Jayden and Austin; and her close friend Bruno.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to either Ronald McDonald House, 141 West State Street, Akron, Ohio 44302 or a charity of the donor's choice.
