She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Howell and Frances Howell (Atkinson); her spouse Russell "Mike" Lahm; her siblings, Fred Mason and Margaret Howell; and her half-sister Mary Lawver.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wiegand (Joseph) of Dover, Ricky Lahm (Darlene) of New Philadelphia and Tammy Jo Kerr (Joseph) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Joshua Wiegand (Krystal), Christopher Lahm, Jessica Lynn Cass (Joshua) and Samantha Jo Kerr; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn Ann, Mark Cass, Asher and Kinzy Wiegand; her brothers, Eugene Howell, Kenny Yeagle and Charles Howell; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
