He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Browning; and his stepfather Wayne Winkler. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Winkler-Justice (Jim); his siblings, Nancy Schmidt (Karl) and David Browning (Patricia); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Schmidt (Jessica), Stacey Hyde (Daniel), Sarah Browning and Luke Schmidt (Paige). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
