It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Jay Farnsworth of Dover, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James Farnsworth and Delores Farnsworth (Geib); and his brother Donald Farnsworth Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Stutts (Clayton) of Dover; his granddaughters, Brielle and Charlee; his brothers, Jerry Farnsworth of Baltic and Terry Farnsworth of Fresno; and his close friend Diane Cerett of Massillon.
