It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Shanklin of Dover, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowers and Mayme Alice Stukey Bowers; her husband Merle E. Shanklin; her sister Kathryn Flickinger; and her children-in-law, Jill Shanklin and Bruce Macaulay.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Shanklin of Dover, Linda Zito of Dover, David Shanklin (Candy) of Dover, Diana Bair (Scott) of New Castle and Daryl Shanklin of Cincinnati. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, masks and social distancing will be required.
