He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert "Jack" Levengood and Phyllis Levengood; his son Scott Levengood; his brother Jon "Eric" Levengood; and his pets, Willie and Ginger.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Levengood (Adams); his daughter Kristi Levengood of New Philadelphia; his daughter-in-law Charity Levengood of Westerville; his grandchildren, Karley and Gage; his brother Jeff Levengood (Joyce) of New Philadelphia; his cousin Chris Meek (Sue) of New Philadelphia; and his close friend John McVey (Phyllis) of Bellaire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Alpine Bible Church (719 Dutch Valley Dr NE, Sugarcreek, OH 44681).
