She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Banks and Katherine Rausch Banks; her husband Edward D. "Ed" Hamsher; her daughter-in-law Dana Hamsher; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law David Rice; her siblings, Barbara Keener, Bobby and Matthew Banks; and her stepmother Lucille Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Hamsher (Kristina) of East Sparta, Sandra Hamsher of Dover, Ronald Hamsher (Denise) of Louisville and Alan Hamsher of Stow; her grandchildren, Matthew (Lindsay), Michael (Chelsee), Tanner, Meredith, Justin, Kellon, Jessica, Paige and Jennifer Hamsher; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Caroline, Violet and Ruby Hamsher; her sister Lois Vahdati-Bana (Reza); and her sister-in-law Shirley Banks. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, private family services will be held.
