He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tice and Laura Smart Tice; and his siblings, Bill, Carl, Paul, Virgil Tice, Loretta Sayre and Beatrice Tice.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Sayre Tice; his children, Edward Tice of Dover and Catheran Widder (Ron) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Mandi, Trey and Kori Widder; and his siblings, Pat McDiffitt (Dave) of Mineral City and Jeff Tice (Anna) of Canton. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
