He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin and Mary Dixon, Sr. (Smith); and his son Chad Dixon. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Davis Dixon of Dover; his children, Jamie Dixon (Angela) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Charity Francis (Eric Johnson) of Blacklick, OH; his grandchildren, Ethan, Rylee Francis, Gianna and Brady Dixon; his brother Mervin Dixon (Jean Darr); his siblings-in-law, Tamie Howard (Rod), Tina Davis and Clark Davis (Bruno Casale); and his nephew Kenny Howard. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Doc's journey the past 8 years included Alzheimer's Disease, diabetes, and ultimately, "non-drinker" end-stage liver failure disease.
