He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nelson, Emma Chappell and Erma Kemphfer. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Kemphfer and JoAnn Chappell Kemphfer of Dover; his brother Eric Kemphfer (Maureen McCardel) of Talmadge; his close friend Leslee Metcalf of Dover; and his grandfather Bill Kemphfer of Dover. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
