She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Stephens and Betty Cramlet Stephens; her sisters, Susan Stephens, Peggy Lindsey and Betty Lindsey; and her granddaughter Ariel Stout.
She is survived by: her husband Loren Stout; her children, Jessica Fuller (Troy Hamilton) of Port Washington, Amanda Haney (Randy) of New Philadelphia, Jamie Scherer of New Philadelphia, James Heid of Uhrichsville, Michelle Campbell (DJ) of Kentucky, Jennifer Poorman (Tom) of Port Washington and CJ Stout (Sarah Greene) of Port Washington; her siblings, Donna Criss (Bill) of New Philadelphia, Jim Stephens (Rose) of Uhrichsville, Bud Stephens of Georgia, Joe Stephens of Uhrichsville, Roe Stephens of Barnsville and Edith Stafford (Keith) of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Gaven, Chase, Brendan Carlisle, Hunter, Alexis Mast, Kaitlyn Crowell, Emma Scherer, Steven Campbell, Channing, Cole, Gabbi, Frankie Poorman and Brody Stout. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Because of Covid 19, masks and social distancing will be required.
