She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Headlee and Mary Elizabeth Headlee (Sandusky); and her grandparents, Mark, Ethel Headlee, Charles and Edna Sandusky.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Wallick; her children, Kerby Wallick of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Meridy Sieloff (Scott) of Canton; her sister Janis Headlee of Wappinger Falls; and her grandchildren, Matthew Wallick (Christina Schettini), Sarah Sund (Donald), Andrew Wallick (Emily Messinger), Arianna Sieloff and Mason Sieloff.
