She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Belknap and Evelyn M. Belknap (Davis); her brothers, Jerry, Duane and David Belknap; and her mother-in-law Ruth Fox.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Fox of New Philadelphia; her daughters, Deana Grasselli (Anthony) of New Philadelphia and Debby Fox of Kansas City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Aaron Oswald, Alexa Barnhart (JJ), Andrea Oswald, Ethan Oswald (Bobbie), Miranda Grasselli and Liam Grasselli; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Landon, Silas, Nico, Luna, Adelaide, Lincoln and Lillian.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory (116 2nd St NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
