It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Maxwell of Dover, Ohio, born in Kansas, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lanning and Paulene Lanning (Steinhurst); her husband William Maxwell; and her children, Walter Scott Stair and Jill Stair Rupp.
She is survived by: her sons, John Stair (Diane) of Groveport, Lester (Carin) of Tucson and Jack Stair (Jeri) of Dayton, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great -grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
