She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Philabaum and Ruby Philabaum (Heid); her husband William G. "Bill" Watkins; and her sister Joann Beebe (William). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Schott of New Philadelphia and Timothy Watkins (Rhonda) of Dover; her grandsons, Logan Watkins (Julia), Corey Watkins and Jacob Schott; and her great grandchild Keira Watkins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home- Dover (803 N Wooster Ave, Dover, OH 44622). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dover First Moravian Church (319 N Walnut St, Dover, OH 44622).
