He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bob Welling. He is survived by: his parents, William Rogers (Ruth Ann) of New Philadelphia and Deanna Hess Welling of Dover; his children, Matthew Blakely of Dover and Destiny McClain of Uhrichsville; his sister Billie Jo McCune (Jeremy) of Dover; his niece Alisha Toia (Anthony); and his nephew Brennan McCune.
