He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Lang (Brink). He is survived by: his father Joe T. Lang of Dover; and his sisters, Rose Baxter (Tom) of Baltic and Kathy Coy (John) of White Oak, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
