It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane A. Koontz of Dover, Ohio, born in Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard H. Owens and Martha Kester Owens; and her brother Robert Owens. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Thomas Koontz of Beverly Hills and Kathy Koontz of Powell; and her sister-in-law Vivian Owens of Brewster.
