He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jones; his daughters, Tammy Elsen (Joe) of Cincinnati and Heather Herbert (Richard Kelker) of Dover; his sister Deanna Mears of Worthington; his grandchildren, Katy, Samuel Elsen, Monica Chupp (Kyle), Carly Harned (Hunter) and Jason Herbert; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Khloe, Jackson, Zoey and Charlie; his sister-in-law Joy Carpenter (Dave); his godson David Edwards; his nieces, Julie and Roberta; and his nephew Danny Carpenter.
