Homer McDade Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer McDade of Dover, Ohio, born in East Sparta, Ohio, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey McDade and Cressa McDade (Gill); his former wife Esther McDade (Hennis); his sons, Robert and Richard A. McDade (Debbie); his siblings, Mary Alice McDade, Paul, Jack, Ed and Andy McDade; and his sisters-in-law, Inez, Doris and Marjorie McDade.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jean McDade; his children, Ronald McDade (Connie), Rosemarie Mushrush (David) and Mary Ann McDade; his stepchildren, Randy Veigel and Phyllis Saffell (Dave); his brothers, Walter and Glenn McDade (Pat); his great grandchild Lilianna Beitler; his daughter Rose; and his great grandchild Kylahnni. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are asked to wear a mask while attending the visitation and services.
