He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Hill and Margaret Heldt Hill; his wife Vera Hill; and his brothers, Robert, Carl and Richard "Butch" Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Hill (Angela) of Dover and Nadine Woodhall (Joe) of Dover; his sister Jeanne Page of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Morgan Renfrew (Dakota) and Mitchell Woodhall; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany, Danielle and Ethan Lumpcik; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hill of Tuscarawas and Noreen Lahmers of Dover. He is also survived by six step great grandchildren.
