He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walter and Elsie Mae Rothenstine (Moore); his wife Florence Barbara Regula; his children, Sandra Horsfall and Jody; and his granddaughter Rachael Horsfall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia White (Melvin "Skip"), Dianna Groh (David), Cindy Keitch (David), Wendy Harshey (Bret) and Kimberly Belknap (Eric). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchild.
