It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon R. Stauffer of Dover, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Stauffer and Ruth Stauffer (Barthlemeh); his siblings, Dean Stauffer, Doyle, Carmi Stauffer, Paul and Lauretta Zesiger (Stauffer); and his in-laws, Raymond and Anna Reidenbach.
He is survived by: his wife Eilene Reidenbach; his children, Brenda Cameron (Jeff) and Kevin Stauffer (Denise); his grandchildren, Daniel Kimble (Markkie), Abbey Barnett (Taylor), Grant Kimble (Payton), Emily Kimble and Brianna Stauffer; and his sister-in-law Sharon Stauffer. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith-Varns Funeral Home (115 Andreas Dr NE, Sugarcreek, OH 44681). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
