It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenna Mae Cecil-Blacka of Dover, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Moore and Goldie Dowling Moore; her former husband John T. Cecil; and her brother Glenn Moore II. She is survived by: her husband Lowell Blacka; her children, Heather Blacka (James) of Dover and Cody Cecil of Norton; her siblings, Gene Moore (Wanda) of Zanesville and Gloria Allison (Richard) of New Albany; her grandchildren, Tori, Kaci, Chloe and Parker Blacka; her sisters-in-law, JoeAnn Moore of Zanesville and Nedra Johnson (Paul) of Gratiot; her stepdaughters, Cindy Moss of Virginia and Kathy Burley of Texas; and her close friend Cheryl Stringfellow. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
