We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 75, Frank Devore of Dover, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, V. Frank Devore and Pauline L. Devore (Garner); and his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his brother Rick Devore; his wife Emma Joan Devore (Haas); his siblings, Judy Stull (Jack), Joyce Hart (Wayne), Dana Meredith (Dave), Kimberly Cline (Don) and Roger Devore (Sandy); and his stepchildren, Randy Colaner (Natalie), Debra Kennedy (Mitchell) and Steve Colaner (Michelle). He is also survived by 5 daughters by a previous marriage.
