He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Cugliari and Margareta Cugliari (Pace); his wife Rosalie "Peg" Reinhart Cugliari; and his siblings, Herman "Rick" Cugliari, Anna Patacca, Theresa Blauch, Norma Specht, Josephine Cugliari and Victoria Alesiano.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Cugliari (Christine) of Coshocton, Margaret Ann "Meg" Cugliari of Dover and Jim Cugliari (Mary) of Dover; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Terina, Ann, Brian, Breanna, Danielle and Andrew; his sister Marge Helmick (Cugliari) of Mount Dora, Florida; and his mothers-in-law, Bonnie Gwynn (Larry) of Dover, Margaret Cugliari of Dover and Betty Reinhart of Massachusetts.
