She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard J. "Kelly" and Esther E. Haney (Hill); her husband Ralph E. Shidaker; her daughter Sherry Downing; and her siblings, Lloyd, Dean, William, Willard and Robert Haney.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph C. Shidaker (Cindy) of Dover and Shirley Abel of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Melinda Batton (Scott), Richard Downing, Jason Downing (Maureen "Mo"), Scott Malloy, Chris Malloy (Erica Gasser), Adam Shidaker and Ashley Meese (James Tanner); her great grandchildren, Christian Reilly, Jacob, Thomas Batton, Logan, Mya Downing, Alexus, Max, Zach Malloy, Madison, Kayelee and Kole Shidaker; and her sister Esther Cox (David) of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
