She is survived by: her daughters, Christal Kohler (Brian) of Dover and Melisa Cassidy (Rick) of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Qua Murphy, Joshua Rininger, Julianne Cassidy and Jocelynn Cassidy; her siblings, Judy Varn of Canton and Roger Carnes of Alliance; and her former husband David A. Sampsel.
