She is survived by: her husband Wellington "Bill" Kemphfer, Sr.; her children, Bill Kemphfer, Jr. (JoAnn) of Dover, Gail Houglan (Bill) of Dover, Richard Kemphfer of Dover and Michael Kemphfer (Melissa) of Dover; and her grandchildren, Eric, Kevin, Gary, Larry, Alixandra and Madilyn. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
