He is survived by: his sisters, Betsy of Havelock, NC and Eleanor of Benwood, WV; his wife Judy Ann Babcock of Dover, OH; his children, Elaine Fillman of Salem, OR, Melanie Moore of Dover, OH and Phillip Strosnider of New Philadelphia, OH; his grandchildren, Jeremy Dryburgh (Vanessa) of Yorkville, OH and Alexa Thompson (Auston) of New Philadelphia, OH; his great grandchildren, Aavery, Keziah, Finley, Caydence Emery and Emerson; and his children-in-law, Brent Fillman, John Moore and Anna Strosnider (Ford). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
