He was predeceased by: his parent Edgar D. Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Kline Stephan; his wife LaVera Bitikofer Green Stephan; and his stepsons, Steve Green (Lisa) of Dover and James Green (Barbara) of Kentucky. He is also survived by two sisters; many grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
