He is survived by: his children, Chad Hughes, Kara Hughes of New Philadelphia, Katie Hughes of Canton, Emily Hughes of Perry and Christopher Hughes of East Canton; his siblings, Lisa (Mike) of Canton, Charles of New Philadelphia and Clifton (Nikki) of Florida; his granddaughter Evelyn Jodelle Hughes; and his aunt Janet Alexander of Canton.
