He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Furbay and Veda Opal Furbay (Edwards); and his sister Beverly Cummings (Floyd). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lengacher; his children, Christine Giumenti (Jim) of Dover, Debbie Henderson (Jim) of Hartville and Brian Furbay of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Beth, Kimberly, Kyle, Ryan, Nick and Vincent; his great grandchildren, Levi, Raelynn, Ariah, Chase and Lillian; and his sister Barbara Thurman (Norman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
