He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otto Kaiser, Fred and Flo Billiter, Sr.; and his close friend Hemi. He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie Cross (Marty) of Amarillo and Fred Billiter, Jr. of Caldwell, Ohio.; his grandmother Lillian Kaiser of Dover; and his fiancée Miranda Murphy. He is also survived by half-brother; 5 half- sisters; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, multiple close motorcycle friends; as well as the love of his life.
