She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Dotts and Anne Smitley Dotts; her husband Allen B. Church; her son-in-law Curt Auman; her siblings, Jerry, Sonny, Jack, Tiny Dotts, Gracey Dotts and Betty Champion; and her stepgranddaughter Nicole Coleman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Smart (Fred) of Dover, Shelly Maurer (Ron) of Dover and Emmalee Auman of Dover; and her siblings, Chick Dotts (Carol) of New Philadelphia, Richard Dotts Sr. (Doris) of Dover, Vicki Todd (Bob) of Akron and Helen Myers (Lee) of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
