He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Marie Sullivan (Flynn); his wife Laura Ann "Annie" Groah; his children, Derek and Deka Sullivan; and his brothers, Leroy and William Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Sullivan (Teresa Swartzentruber) of Beach City and Dawna Shalosky (Jeff Lones) of Lake Mohawk; and his grandchildren, Donald, Casie Sullivan, BJ (Courtney), Kyle (Emily), Luke Shalosky (Caroline), Seth and Chelsea Gibson.
