He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Dotts and Annie Dotts (Smitley). He is survived by: his children, Pam Walsh (Eamonn), Grace Walker (Kevan) of Dover, Edward Dotts of Dennison and David Dotts (Mary Ann) of Uhrichsville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers.

The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are to wear a mask.
