He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edwin Case and Harriet Case (Shaffer) of Dover. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Branfort Case of Michigan; his granddaughter Kellie Arlishia Morrison; his children, John of Dunsmuir, CA and Kim of Elk Grove, CA; his stepson Yancy Mendoza of Orangevale, CA; and his stepgrandchildren, Simone and Yancy Jr. of Roseville, CA..
