He is survived by: his parents, Kendall Garrett and Rayna Garrett (Lahmers) of Dover; his daughter Nyla Rose Garrett; his siblings, Colton Garrett and Abriel Miller (Matt); his niece Sophia; and his nephew Connor Garrett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
