It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Allman of Dover, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Allman and Margaret Weldon Allman. He is survived by: his sister Jean Zurfley (Frank) of Dover; and his nephews, Shawn (Sara) and Frank Jr. "Bud" Zurfley (Becca).
Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday, 1 - 2 p. m. For everyone's safety, face masks must be worn and social distancing observed throughout the proceedings.
