He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Festi; his brother Ralph Festi; and his brother-in-law Steven Hodkinson. He is survived by: his mother Marie Festi (Harig) of Dover; his significant other Michelle Hodkinson; his children, Jenna Dawn Festi and Michael Rafaele Festi; his brothers, Michael Festi and Donnie Festi (Karen); his mother-in-law Julie Adams; his niece Autumn Hodkinson; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Hodkinson, Angela Hodkinson, Lynn Kennedy and David Hodkinson; and also Arlene Evans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and very close friends.
