He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Antonelli and Victoria Toth Antonelli; and his sister Sylvia Antonelli. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Betty Jane "B. J." Antonelli (David "Abe" Oyer) of Louisville and David Antonelli (Rae Ann) of Dover; his grandchildren, Allison Knotts (Kevin), Phillip Fischio, Michael and Rian Antonelli; and his siblings, Edith Reichman, Martha and Joseph Antonelli (Beverly). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that contributions in Spike's memory be made to either the Disabled American Veterans or the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
