He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin David and Roberta Helen Griffiths, Jr. (Lind); his brother James David Griffiths; and his brother-in-law James Hayes. He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Carlisle (Robert), Curtis Griffiths (Becky), Karen Hayes, Janet Henry (Earl Jr.) and John Griffiths (Joann).
