He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Martin and Ida Clara Santman (Wurtzel); and his sister Phyllis Noe (Leroy). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Santman of Dover; his children, Kim Santman (Robin) of Peru, Illinois and Koral Clum (Randy) of Dover; his grandchildren, Mathew Sanberg (Katie), Eric Santman (Deanna), Megan Davis (Jody), Emily Miller (Brandon) and Casey Wilson (Dennis); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Avery, Izaiah, Lena, Dottie, Maclain, Barrett and Lily.

Memorial contributions in Dale's name may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
