She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O. Wade and Mary E. Hayes (Miller); and her husband Samuel M. Padgett. She is survived by: her children, Mary Hayes (Chris) of New Philadelphia and William Padgett Sr. (Dolly) of Dover; her siblings, Joyce Decker (Gary) of Frankfort, Janice Koster (George) of Palm Bay, Robin Miller (Kent) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Terry Wade of Dayton, Tim Wade of Melbourne, Lindey Wade of Cincinnati, Kevin Wade of Dayton, Raven Ann Segee, Jesse R. Wills, Rowan Wills, William O. Jr. and Virgil Padgett; and her great grandchild Dayton Conner.
