He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McGinnis and Laura McGinnis (Weist); his wife Carol A. Domer; his daughter Linda Dalpiaz; and his sister Beverly Dages.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Abby; his daughters, Patty McGinnis of Dover and Sandy Dryden (Greg) of Dover; his grandchildren, Tara Myers (Jason), Lori Kutcher (Brian), Luke Dalpiaz (Amanda) and Kacie; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Landon and Dominic.
Due to the pandemic, a private family service will be held at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover.
