It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy J. Horne of Dover, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wayne P. Fisher; her granddaughter Shay; and her siblings, John Fisher and Vicki Parr. She is survived by: her mother Betty Smith Fisher of Massillon; her children, Michelle Horne of Canton, Tiffany Phelps of Massillon, Richard (Matthew Horne) and Christine Monape (Papua) of Cincinnati; her daughter-in-law Jessica Rabes of Dover; her grandchildren, Sara, Ashlyn, Kamden, Kamron and Grayson; and her brother Todd Fisher (Tammi) of Canton. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
For everyone's safety, because of the surge in the coronavirus pandemic, private family services will be held.
