He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Baker, Sr. and Phyllis Rothacher (Swisshelm); his brother Greg Rothacher; and his brother-in-law Tom Phillippi. He is survived by: his wife Sally E. Baker (Phillippi); his children, Amy Felgenhauer (Jeremy) of New Philadelphia and Jason Baker (Tiffany) of Dover; his granddaughters, Chloe Felgenhauer and Cassie Baker; his siblings, Dave Rothacher (Vickie) of Dover, Tom Rothacher of Dover, Rodney Rothacher (Sue) of Dover, Jeff Rothacher (Kathi) of Dover, Jim Rothacher (Lisa) of Dover and Deborah Petrella (John) of Dover; and his siblings-in-law, Ray and Barb Chumney of New Philadelphia.
Due to COVID 19, safety precautions will be taken. The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are required to wear a mask to enter the funeral home.
