He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kuntzman and Vida Kuntzman (Mason); his siblings, David Kuntzman and Dorothy Flores; and his foster brothers, George Coffman and Russ Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Kuntzman (Wikoff); his children, Chuckie Paul Kuntzman (Jenny) of Alliance, Staci Gurney (Jason Keenan) of Alliance, Michael Kuntzman (Angela) of Alliance and Aaron; his stepdaughter Rachelle Thurber (Brent) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Allie, Sydney, Mackenzie Kuntzman, Dakota Gurney, Carter Keenan, Jordan, Gavin Kuntzman and Greyson Kuntzman; his great grandchild Riverlyn Rose; his siblings, Robert Kuntzman, Gerald Kuntzman, Bruce Kuntzman, Pam Foley and Tina Barker; his mother-in-law Janice M. Wikoff; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Wikoff (Sandy) of Dover, Pam Frank (Randy) of Dover, Paula Kimble of Dover and Ray Roof of Dover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
