He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Elliott and Ora Elliott (Thompson); his wife Isabelle Gamble; and his siblings, LeRoy Elliott, Vivian Benson, Florence Clay, Pearl Leifhiet, Charles Elliott and Emmett Elliott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Waltz (Perry) of New Philadelphia and Sherry Pongrat (Kent) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Sydney Waltz (Randy Miller) of Queens and Boston Waltz (Cailin) of Fort Mill; and his siblings, Joyce Browning-Mantor (Greg) of New Albany and James Elliott (Sharon) of Dover. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
